Appetizer - Mix salad with orange vinaigrette

Main Course - Chicken with red wine reduction sauce and pasta

Dessert - Baked banana with ice-cream

Made this for my final... Not enough colour though. XD

Roasted duck wih pineapple coulis

This was done a few weeks back. The duck could use some sauce though...
